<p>Many people have succeeded from failure, and many would not have succeeded had they not failed! Think of failure as a road you have to travel to arrive at success. This isn&#8217;t meant to oversimplify failure or treat it lightly; knowing how to deal properly with failure can determine the course of your future and how you will achieve success.</p>
<p>Everyone reacts to failure in different ways and has their own coping mechanisms to handle failed efforts. But learning the mindset and strategies that bring success rather than failure can be a tremendous help!</p>
<p><strong>If you have experienced failure and are still hurting from it, below are some tips that can help you recover more easily: </strong></p>
<p>1. <strong>Learn the lessons from your failure. </strong>Every failure comes with a built-in lesson available that you can learn from. Identify this lesson and focus on its importance to you, then remember it as you strive for success. The danger of not learning from failure is that you&#8217;ll be likely to repeat your mistakes.</p>
<p>2. <strong>Don&#8217;t let failure hold you back.</strong> After a failure, it&#8217;s normal to think you should simply give up. But failure itself isn&#8217;t the main issue here, it&#8217;s what you do with it that matters most. It&#8217;s essential that you aim for greater self-confidence. It may turn out that your recent experience with failure has brought you to the doorstep of great success. This has happened to many of the most successful people.</p>
<p>3. <strong>Surround yourself with enthusiastic, forward-thinking people.</strong> Spending time with positive people who think like you is important. This is never more true than when you&#8217;re going through a period of low self-confidence following a failure. <p>It&#8217;s what we all do, but having thoughts of abundance and creating through positive thought can bring you what you truly want in your life. We think physical things will bring us contentment, or an ideal life partner will deliver the contentment we seek. The truth of the situation is that to be content, you&#8217;ve got to start from inside yourself.</p>
<p>Others can boost it but finding and keeping happiness is all inside you. When making the world that you need it needs a complete overhaul of thought. It takes shifting your focus to a better feeling than what you maybe are experiencing now. When you create through thought you start with the idea and then envision what it has got to be like to have what you need. You start envisioning abundance irrespective of what form it takes and you start to move your focus to recognize abundance everywhere.</p>

<p>There is a law of the universe that  like attracts like. So when we want to attract more good into our lives it doesn&#8217;t do us any favors when we feel jealous of others&#8217; good fortune.</p>
<p>Maybe you feel jealous that your neighbor has a nicer car or house than you do? Maybe you feel envious that some of your friends  have better paying jobs and more wealth than you. Or maybe you get jealous hearing bout other people&#8217;s success stories.</p>
<p>If you too want to live how you see others living, you must celebrate in their joy and be happy for them. This is not something you can fake.</p>
<p>Because the force that attracts is a vibration. Paying lip service is not good enough. The law of attraction will go out and bring you what you feel. And if you are feeling resentful you will be given more things to feel resentful about.</p>
<p>On the other hand if you rejoice in others good the law of attraction will give you more things to feel happy about.</p>
<p>Be grateful and thankful you are surrounded by others good. It is evidence that if it can happen for them, then it can certainly happen to you too!</p>
<p>Start off by recognizing your jealousy for what it is. See it as proof that the things you want to happen to you are near. And now all you have to do is put out the same vibration so that you can receive it.</p>

While we cannot control each component around us, particularly concerning people, we can always control how we react.  It takes some effort on your side, but it is possible to be happy and reduce negativity in your life.</p>
<p>Many of us are so conditioned to think life is meant to be bad; this makes it tough to believe that we will be happy the majority of the time. The following three things can make a big difference in your life in terms of reducing your negativity:</p>
<p><strong>Stop Gossiping:</strong> This is a tough one as we spend lots of the day talking. Sadly, plenty of these words are wasted on judging others. Gossip achieves nothing good and only serves to put you in a terribly negative vibration. Ironically, we gossip to make ourselves feel better but if you&#8217;ve ever spotted how you literally feel when taking part in this activity, it is a long way from good.</p>
<p>Gossip never comes out of a positive place either. We talk badly about others to make ourselves feel happier about our own issues and issues, because we would like to feel superior or we are jealous. Next time you end up in a situation where you would like to talk out against somebody even for the smallest thing, make your best effort to keep quiet. This takes effort and you could slip up sometimes but the more that you become conscious of this inclination, the better you are at controlling it.</p>
<p><strong>“Don’t sweat the small stuff”</strong> : Another enormous source of negativity is getting all worked up about small things that we encounter in our lives. We get so worked up about the most insignificant things; it just doesn&#8217;t make any sense. Letting these little things go is critical because you can&#8217;t probably control each component around you. We find ourselves complaining about things as the weather, traffic, rude shop assistants etc.</p>
<p>Not only do we immediately become upset, we feel the necessity to relay the situation to our partner or work mates, only to get all worked up again! Don&#8217;t wait for life-changing circumstances like cancer or a death of a friend to change your outlook in life.</p>
<p><strong>Reduce Consumption of Negative Media</strong>: Let&#8217;s be honest, the news is always full of negativity and it impacts you more than you know. Don’t literally withdraw from the world, but it wouldn&#8217;t hurt to cut back a bit.  Stop watching the news channels that have the same news recycled every few hours. Most of it is sensationalism, headline-grabbing stuff, that you don’t need to concern yourself about.</p>

<p>Developing a optimistic outlook is what you can do to become more positive. Most people are usually more pessimistic than optimistic. Why? People are usually unhappy with their lives because their thoughts consume them. With A pessimistic attitude you can only go so far until your mind begins to turn on you.</p>
<p>You will not enjoy your life, you will find faults with everything, you will criticize and sneer at everyone and everything and this will consume your mind. You may even develop hatred for this world or even your friends. But If you develop a positive outlook life will  smile back at you. Experiences of joy seep into your everyday circumstance. You no longer become a victim of life but a creator of your own destiny.</p>

<p>Take daily steps towards anything which create positive momentum for you. Once you have established a foundation of positive activities though consistency the snowball effect takes place. You create massive momentum of positivity which soon sparks more and more positive thought. The effects are happiness, joy and peace.</p>

<p>We all appreciate life, despite all of the complaining we do, we really do enjoy life. After all, what is the alternative?  Let&#8217;s keep it as simple as this: we have a few simple decisions to make each day. Every day, with everything we do we have to make one decision. One of those decisions is either to get up in the morning and live, or to stay in bed and hide. No matter what else you run into during the day, you&#8217;ve already made the decision to get up and live, so why start worrying now?</p>
<p>We also have another more important  decision to make. That decision is simple. In fact, it is even simpler than you think. The decision is: Do I want to do this the easy way, or do I want to do it the hard way? It is that simple. As you live your life, you can choose to do it the easy way or to do it the hard way.</p>
<p>By saying easy or hard easy doesn&#8217;t mean you have to take the easy way out or  push yourself. That is a different kind of easy. The easy in this context is about the state of mind we had when we were kids. Remember when it was easy to enjoy everything? Remember when you smiled all day and laughed at everything that happened without waiting to see if it was an appropriate situation to laugh at?</p>
<p>Somewhere along the line it becomes easier to make life hard. It becomes natural to find all of the things we don&#8217;t like about something and focus on them. We focus on them to the point that we are unable to see any good in a situation because we are too busy thinking about everything we don&#8217;t like. We will even spend time complaining about good things in our lives. We are all  not perfect. We all complain. We find things that are good to be a &#8220;hassle&#8221; or a &#8220;burden&#8221; just like everyone else. But there is something that many of us are doing without thinking about it. We are making life very difficult for ourselves. When given the decision to make life easy or make life hard, we are choosing to make it hard. Why? We have the power to make a decision. We can decide to make life easier, if we really want to. When you are truly living your life, you make it easier on yourself and everyone around you.</p>
<p>Live life, enjoy it and make it easy.</p></div>

We all  know how to achieve these dreams, as we are always reading, listening to formulas to succeed.  But we fail to achieve these  dreams.  Have you ever noticed that we always have enough time to watch our favorite movie or play our favorite sport or go to our favorite restaurant but not enough time to clean our house or complete our office work or learn a new skill? We are simply lazy when it comes to doing some useful productive work.</p>
<p>Personal growth is impossible without plenty of productive work from our side and one of the biggest challenges of being productive is laziness.  Laziness is natural and normal human beings love to sit idle unless they are forced by circumstances to do otherwise. Is it possible to beat laziness and start working for our goals? Is it possible to be energetic all the time? Here are some very powerful tips to overcome laziness:<br />
<strong><br />
Physical activity:</strong> Find at least 30 minutes for exercise every day. It will improve our blood circulation and will keep us active and energetic all the day. Simple low intensity exercises could cut fatigue by half and increase energy by at least 20%. Walking is the simplest way to increase your energy levels.</p>
<p><strong>Eat sensibly:</strong> Excess food as well as unhealthy food will make us lazy. Take care to eat only when hungry and eat small chunks of healthy food. Try to avoid caffeine as much as possible.</p>
<p><strong>Sleep well:</strong> We spend so much of our time on unproductive tasks that we often get very less sleep. This will again leave you lazy next day. Sleep at least 6-8 everyday. It will make us more energetic, active and productive.</p>
<p><strong>Aim to minimize idle time:</strong> Observe yourself everyday and keep a mental record of your idle time. Try your level best to minimize it. Limit watching TV and browsing internet unnecessarily. You could decide not to watch a movie in TV which you have already watched before.</p>
<p><strong>Keep a schedule:</strong> Writing is very boring but it is very effective. Write down all the tasks which you need to do and mark it as done as when and when each task is finished. It will remind us how unproductive we are and we could measure our improvement using it.</p>
<p><strong>Take one bite at a time:</strong> Break down the tasks into manageable chunks. Take one chunk at a time and complete it. Huge tasks will create a mental block even before we start working on it. Each completed small task will motivate us to work on the next.</p>
<p><strong>Watch successful people around:</strong> Just look around and we could see many ordinary but successful people who succeeded only with their disciplined work. Observe what they are doing different and try to learn a lesson or two from them.</p>
<p><strong>Challenge yourself:</strong> Continuous improvement is the key to success and we should challenge ourselves every day. We need to compete with ourselves everyday and measure the progress. Though we should learn from others, do not compare yourself with others since our objective is not to achieve something which is already achieved by others but to set new benchmarks.</p>
<p><strong>Live your passion:</strong> This is one tip which virtually makes all other tips redundant. If we could find our passion and make it our career we no more need any other motivation to be energetic. Our passion will drive us forward and keep our energy levels up. If we are doing some job which we do not like, we should seriously think about finding and living our passion.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you eliminate all the  whining and complaining from your life, you can turn your life around into a very positive experience. </p>
<p>Stop complaining about small stuff because it creates a negative field around you. It also attracts other people who add their share of negativism. Think about it, you surround yourself with people that are like yourself. At first it is fun, because you are all mind like but in the long run this will hold you back and eventually pull you down. There are no challenges, nobody to look up to. You are all equal and that is the problem &#8211; this situation prevents something new entering your life. Even worse, if complaining is part of your life situation this just makes it harder to break out of that cycle. People complain about the weather, their jobs, high gasoline prices, the government, their next door neighbors, and so on.</p>
<p>You barely hear those people talking how great life could be. What a fun trip it was driving from Vancouver to Clagary even with high gasoline prices making it a little more expensive. Who cares if the neighbor has a new car and you don&#8217;t. He probably has a ton of debt on top of it and it will take 5 years just to pay it off.</p>
<p>Eliminate complaining about day to day stuff. Start thinking positive and initiate change that leads to even more positive things. Get up and going as that is the only way to do it. Complaining will get you nowhere. The job you are stuck at with no way to advance and with a boss that is just mean. Find a new job and get out of there.</p>
<p> Stop complaining and take things in your hand and put your life on track to have a happy life.</p>

Well, there is a good reason why they haven&#8217;t permanently disappeared.<br />
This same reason is also the answer to losing them forever. Destructive feelings, if you observe them closely as they arise in your conscious, appear to come out of the blue. It&#8217;s almost as if your conscious mind temporarily got tuned to some bad radio station and started to pick up this unhealthy signal that disrupts your peace of mind, your ability to focus, attend and concentrate, to make clear decisions, it drains your energy and causes inordinate amounts of mental, emotional and physical stress.</p>
<p>Well that is not far from the truth. That radio station happens to reside in your unconscious mind. The negative signals are being generated by the storehouse of negative memories of your life that are buried there. You see the unconscious mind is the burial ground for negative unwanted emotionally unpleasant memories. Without such a burial ground these memories would constantly flood one&#8217;s conscious awareness and this would make it next to impossible to function.</p>
<p>There is one small problem however with attempting to simply bury negative memories; they still remain inside you and continue to exert a negative pressure and effect on you and your life. For instance they generate negative emotions, thoughts and self sabotaging behaviors that periodically enter into your life causing a disruption. These disruptions can range from a simple feeling of annoyance all the way to becoming utterly self destructive.</p>
<p>Ultimately, the veil between the conscious mind and the unconscious mind is rather frail at the boundary. This means that negativity from one&#8217;s past memories can and does occasionally transgress into conscious awareness. What&#8217;s more up until recently there was little one could do to effectively deal with this.</p>
